Terms of Service + Cancelation Policy

By booking services with So Clean So Fresh Cleaning Co., you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

 

Booking & Scheduling;

All services are scheduled based on availability and confirmed in advance. We recommend booking ahead to secure your preferred date and time.

Pricing;

Pricing is based on the size, condition, and type of cleaning service requested.
Final pricing may be adjusted upon arrival if the condition of the property differs from what was initially described.

Payment;

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept email transfer, credit card, and cash.

Deposits & Cancellations;

A deposit may be required to secure your booking, particularly for deep cleans, move-in/move-out, post-construction, and first-time services.

Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the service.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service cost.

With at least 24 hours notice, deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.

Access to Property;

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time.
If we are unable to access the property, a fee may apply.

 

Condition of Property;

Excessive clutter, buildup, or conditions not disclosed at the time of booking may result in additional charges or require rescheduling.

Satisfaction Guarantee;

If you are not satisfied with any area of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours and we will address the concern.

Liability;

While we take care in providing our services, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not secured properly.

Right to Refuse Service;

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or beyond the scope of the agreed service.

These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
