Booking and Cancelation Policy

Deposits & Cancellations;

​A deposit may be required to secure your booking, particularly for deep cleans, move-in/move-out, post-construction, and first-time services.

 

Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the service.​

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.​

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.​

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service cost.

 

With at least 24 hours notice, deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.

Satisfaction Guarantee;

If you are not fully satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours.​ We will return to address any missed areas at no additional cost.

 

All concerns must fall within the scope of the service originally booked and paid for. As every home and service is different, additional requests or upgrades will require an additional charge.

 

Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided. We are committed to making it right and ensuring you are satisfied with the final result.
