
Booking and Cancelation Policy
Deposits & Cancellations;
A deposit may be required to secure bookings for deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, post-construction cleanups, and first-time services.
Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the service and are non-refundable.
For appointments requiring a deposit, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. With proper notice, deposits may be transferred to a future appointment.
For recurring or regular maintenance cleanings that do not require a deposit, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with insufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service cost.
Satisfaction Guarantee;
If you are not fully satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to address any missed areas at no additional cost.
All concerns must fall within the scope of the service originally booked and paid for. As every home and service is different, additional requests or upgrades will require an additional charge.
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided. We are committed to making it right and ensuring you are satisfied with the final result.
